Biography
Jackie Hill Perry was born June 21, 1989 and is an American poet, writer, hip hop artist, and Christian speaker. She initially gained prominence for her spoken word performances and became a Christian in October 2008. Her 2018 memoir Gay Girl, Good God details her journey from a same-sex attracted identity to faith in Christ. She is also the author of Holier Than Thou (2021) and a Bible study on the book of Jude. In 2019 she and her husband Preston started the podcast 'With the Perrys.'
