Biography
Francis Chan was born August 31, 1967 in San Francisco, California to Chinese immigrant parents. He founded Cornerstone Community Church in Simi Valley, California in 1994, which grew to several thousand members. He also founded Eternity Bible College in 2004. His 2008 book Crazy Love became a New York Times bestseller and challenged Christians to live with wholehearted devotion. He later stepped away from his large church to pursue grassroots house-church ministry and moved with his family to Asia to engage in mission work.
